Barnes & Noble accepts returns within 30 days with receipt. Without a receipt or after 30 days, returns are not accepted. Nook devices have a 14-day return window (sealed packaging). Textbooks get 14 days and store credit only. Opened music, movies, and software can only be exchanged for the same title. eBooks and digital content are non-refundable. Holiday gift purchases can be returned through Jan 31.
