Coach Outlet accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt required for a refund to your original payment method. Gift receipts yield a merchandise store card. Mail-in returns using the pre-paid label cost $7 (deducted from refund). In-store returns are free. Final sale and personalized items cannot be returned.
